| So, I know this is an old song, but I just had to share it with you, because it has such great meaning behind it. Some of you might not know it, but it is definitely one you should get to know. Alright without further a due:
Let us burn one from end to end,
And pass it over to me my friend.
Burn it long, we'll burn it slow,
To light me up before I go.
If you don't like my fire, then don't come around,
'cause I'm gonna burn one down.
Yes, I'm gonna burn one down.
My choice is what I choose to do,
And if I'm causing no harm, it shouldn't bother you.
Your choice is who you choose to be,
And if you're causin' no harm, then you're alright with me.
If you don't like my fire, then don't come around,
'cause I'm gonna burn one down.
Yes, I'm gonna burn one down.
Herb the gift from the earth,
And what's from the earth is of the greatest worth.
So before you knock it try it first,
Oh, you'll see it's a blessing and not a curse.
If you don't like my fire, then don't come around,
'cause I'm gonna burn one down.
Yes, I'm gonna burn one, oohhh.
Told you it was a great song.

| I recently (15 mins ago) ran across someone who I think has an amazing voice. Her name is Kelly Sweet. She has had a few singles already released, so she is not new to the "main stream" world. I would really hope that all of you would check out her video called "We Are One", simply amazing.style>.cink{font-size:10px;font-family:tahoma;color:a9a9a9;font-weight:normal;text-decoration:none;} | | |
| So, this is a real short post that I wish all of you would heed. I was out talking with some friends tonight and I can only say, "Never let anyone tell you what opinions to believe, develop your own opinions. Especially, never just agree with those who teach you about religious beliefs, there is already too much of that on campus. It is alright to disagree with the professors here on campus, I assure you they would rather hear your thoughts than you just agreeing with them. Whenever you stop learning as a Christian, you fall into the stereotype of being an ignorant person like the world already thinks that you, as Christians, are.

| Spring break was amazing. I went down to FL and laid on the beach the entire time. I think God might be calling me to minister down there (haha not really). I would really like to live down there, because it would be amazing. Of course, I could never afford to do that and there really is no place for me to minister, because the people that do come down there are usually only down there for at most a week at a time. So, how would you minister to someone who is more about spending a weekend of stress free relaxing without intruding in on that. Yes, I did just say that letting people know about God can be stressful on both parties. Like I said, there is really no mission field there because so many people are in and out of those areas so much. It would be like going on a one week mission trip, there is nothing wrong with it, but how much can you really impact someone's life in only a week at most? When I was down there I wondered why I saw no churches, besides the obivious reasons of people not being in FL for that reason, but there is just not enough people to keep a church running. Kinda sad really, but that is just the facts of life. So, the real mission field is not meeting people in a chance of luck, but ministering to those whom you see each and every day. That was my lil' thought of the day, if you enjoyed it leave a tip in the tip jar. IBC | | |
| Well, life is just as stressful as ever. If you add all my regular activites (Work, tutoring, and classes) together each week, you would come up with 50+ hours a week. I am almost done with the last of my correspondence, praise Jesus. Add in a new friend I have been seeing about once weekly, and you get a very tired, stressed out person. Once I finally finsh the correspondence class and spring break gets here I will be a little bit more relaxed. I am still looking to find an apartment around here, and the pressure of graduating is really hitting. (If you or someone you know wants to live in an apartment around here let me know.) Other than those few details in my life, nothing else is really going on, in fact those few details are my life right now, plus I am still trying to learn what role the church plays in my life. I think I could keep adding stuff onto this list of stressful things in my life, but I will stop there, just know my life is really busy. If I haven't talked to any of you in a while, that is why. Anyways, love you guys and thanks for always being there, IBC | | |
